El técnico de refaccionamiento deberá gestionar las refacciones críticas, estratégicas y consumibles de una manera óptima, con el fin de que se encuentren disponibles para mantenimientos preventivos & correctivos, así como para la operación de la planta, incluyendo paros programados, no programados y de proyectos especiales, siempre buscando minimizar costos en cumplimiento al presupuesto definido para el área.

Responsable de surtir todas las refacciones requeridas para mantenimientos preventivos & correctivos, así como de proyectos especiales estén disponibles como sean requeridas.

Responsable de resurtir el inventario de las refacciones existentes, dar de alta las nuevas refacciones de: proyectos nuevos o refacciones anteriormente no identificadas y optimizar las cantidades de existencia, utilizando el sistema de administración de mantenimiento, así como a través del sistema para solicitud de requerimientos al área de compras.

Mantener la eficiencia y la imagen del almacén, eliminando las refacciones de poco uso, optimizando y aprovechando los espacios, manteniendo siempre el orden y limpieza del área.

Realizar inventario físico regularmente y realizar una comparación con el sistema de mantenimiento, realizando los ajustes necesarios de las cantidades, manteniendo los máximos y mínimos requeridos.

Responsable de actualizar los datos de las refacciones físicas con los que se tiene en el sistema de mantenimiento de refacciones inventariadas.
