As a Payer Health Transformation Associate you will support client-focused consulting work within our Management Consulting practice, contributing to efforts that address payer modernization, operating model improvements, and transformation initiatives across health care organizations. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and contributing to project tasks with reliability while building your skills in research, data interpretation, and client service. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help develop deliverables, track workstreams, and support senior team members as you build knowledge of the payer landscape and broaden your consulting career.

Responsibilities
- Supporting payer transformation project tasks across process improvement, digital tooling, and operational redesign
- Gathering and analyzing client input to identify workflow gaps, modernization opportunities, and service delivery issues
- Contributing to research on payer market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies affecting health plans
- Assisting in the development of presentation materials, work plans, and project deliverables for client discussions
- Coordinating data collection, organizing workstreams, and tracking action items to support project delivery
- Applying business analysis methods to document current state processes and draft future state recommendations
- Using project management tools to monitor timelines, dependencies, and task progress across assigned activities
- Communicating findings and status updates clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
