Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced payments resilience and business-change lead to coordinate the business readiness, requirements and operating-model implications of SWIFT resiliency capabilities and other contingency related programs. The role will work closely with the anomaly detection and traceability leads so that infrastructure resilience, transaction visibility, controls, testing and operational response are designed as one coherent capability.

Why this role is important to us?

Our Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs includes strategic resilience planning for SWIFT cold-start failover and alternative-network capabilities. Effective adoption requires clear business requirements, governance decisions, operating procedures, test plans and global readiness across payment operations and supporting technology teams.

Join us if contributing to our Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs is a challenge you are up for.
