ABOUT US
At OakNorth, we're on a mission to empower ambitious businesses and the communities they serve. Since 2015, we've lent over $21 billion across the UK and US, helped create more than 58,000 new homes and 36,000 new jobs, and supported hundreds of thousands of personal savers — all while driving economic growth in the markets we serve.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The People team at OakNorth is a collaborative, execution-focused function that partners closely with the business to deliver strong people outcomes. In India, we work alongside senior People Partners and People Ops to support a growing organisation across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through to performance and development — in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a People Partner to support our growing India organisation, partnering closely with the Portfolio Monitoring, Credit Analytics, and Operations teams. This role blends hands-on execution with independent ownership across onboarding, engagement, performance processes, learning coordination, and employee experience. It's ideally suited to someone who is confident partnering with managers, proactive in identifying people risks, and genuinely passionate about building a great place to work.
