Verantwortlichkeiten

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung von globalen Employer Branding Prozessen
Konzeption und Implementierung von unterstützenden digitalen Kommunikations- und Marketingaktivitäten
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von analogen und digitalen Employer Branding Aktivitäten (z. B. Karrieremessen und Netzwerk-Veranstaltungen)
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen candidate experience (Schnittstelle zu Workday, Pflege des Content Management Systems)
Recherche zu aktuellen für das Employer Branding relevanten Themen und deren Aufbereitung

Anforderungen

Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, HR/ Personal, Kommunikations-/ Medienwissenschaften, Wirtschaftschemie, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit einem Pflichtpraktikum in der Studienordnung
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Employer Branding wünschenswert
IT-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Affinität für digitale Medien, Trends und Innovationen
Ausgeprägte strukturelle und analytische Denkweise
Hohe Kommunikations- und Einsatzbereitschaft
