Während deines Praktikums planst und organisierst du internationale Veranstaltungen für Lieferanten, Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte, nicht nur virtuell oder hybrid, sondern auch vor Ort.
Die Weiterentwicklung und inhaltliche Pflege unseres internen Kommunikationstools, inklusive des Community Managements, gestaltest du aktiv mit.
Du erstellst ansprechende Kommunikationsmaterialien, bearbeitest Grafiken professionell und verfasst überzeugende Blogbeiträge sowie Newsletter-Artikel.
Die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer vielfältigen internen Kommunikationskanäle liegt in deiner Hand.
Bei der Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Bild- und Videoprojekten bringst du dich aktiv ein.
Nicht zuletzt konzipierst und wertest du Online-Umfragen aus und übernimmst die Gestaltung sowie Moderation abteilungsinterner Workshops und Meetings.

Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing oder vergleichbar
Erfahrungen und Know-how:

Grundkenntnisse in der Content-Erstellung
Basiswissen in der Koordination von Projekten
sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-365-Anwendungen
erste Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungs- und Kommunikationsbereich wünschenswert

Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist ein kommunikativer, kreativer Teamplayer, der bereit ist, proaktiv Aufgaben zu übernehmen; du gehst selbstständig und lösungsorientiert vor sowie bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein
Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch

Beginn: ab Januar 2027
Dauer: 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)
