Verantwortlichkeiten
Unterstützung und Übernahme von Teilaufgaben bei
Bauprojekten/Bauaufgaben im Industrie-/Gewerbebau in der Chemischen Industrie
Planungsaufgaben aus allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI
Ausführung und Bauleitung von Bauprojekten
Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien
Kostenermittlung von Bauvorhaben
Instandhaltung baulicher Anlagen und Gebäude
Spezielle Instandhaltungsaufgaben (z. B. Feuerfestbau und Säurebau)
Anforderungen
Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Architektur oder vorzugsweise Bauingenieurwesen oder der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten
Kenntnisse in grundlegender Software (MS Office), AVA-Programm und CAD
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Initiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1
