Photo Process Technician - Days

Role and Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Collecting and evaluating operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.

Determining and assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.

Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.

Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

Associates degree or other technical certification. Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.

2+ years prior work experience

Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation

Familiar with TPM concepts

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

Day Shifts Include:

A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays

C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays
