Physical Security Representative

Job Description

Execution of technical operational surveillance and security standards that are developed at Concentrix facilities; Comply with operational standards, use the equipment necessary to perform their functions.

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

1. Comply with guidelines and regulations provided by Concentrix.

2. Report incident cases to Concentrix.

3. Implement measures to prevent losses due to theft and protection of personnel.

4. Comply with operational surveillance standards.

5. Take care of Concentrix real estate

6. Covers personnel if needed in different positions, fulfilling all defined functions.

7. Use the appropriate technological means of communication for the proper performance of your work.

8. Verify that all staff have their company identification visible.

9. Report security Concentrix any security violation with the presence of knives, fire and or report cases of consumption or illegal narcotics, or use of any element in prohibited areas.

10. Carry out the metal detector check at the entrance and exit of each person on the operating floor, complying with the check standard, reporting cases of cell phone detection and not limited to USB flash drives, digital recorders, smart watches, Bluetooth headphones, paper, pencil or any other element that can store information.

11. All staff must mark on the reader to enter and exit. Report cases of people not marking. Even if the door is open, they must carry out the proper inspection.

12. At the end of the shift, all positions must be checked with a metal detector.

SPECIFICATIONS

RESPONSABILITIES: Of the decisions made, use of confidential information. Good use of assigned equipment and furniture.
