Perfilfisioterapeuta

Formación Académica:Estudiante de los últimos semestres de la Licenciatura en Fisioterapia (con disponibilidad para realizar prácticas o servicio profesional)

Iimplementar el programa dePrevención de Trastornos Musculoesqueléticos (TME). El objetivo es actuar como el consultor de salud física para nuestros equipos de diseño e ingeniería, asegurando que el capital humano opere consin molestias de salud .

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Bases sólidas enErgonomíaFísica(análisis de estaciones de trabajo).

Conocimiento en técnicas depausas activasy ejercicios compensatorios.

Interés en laFisioterapia del Trabajoo Salud Ocupacional.

Capacidad para elaborar historiales clínicos enfocados en riesgos laborales.

Competencias Soft:

Observación Aguda:Capacidad para detectar malas posturas mientras el equipo trabaja en prototipos.

Empatíay Pedagogía:Habilidad para enseñaraexpertos técnicos la importancia de la higiene postural.

Proactividad:Proponer soluciones antes de que aparezca la lesión (enfoque preventivo, no solo reactivo).

Responsabilidades Clave

Análisis Ergonómico de Puestos:Evaluar las estaciones de trabajo en laboratorios de electromecánica (uso de herramientas, alturas de bancos de trabajo, posición de pantallas).

Programa de Pausas Activas Dirigidas:Diseñar rutinas de estiramiento y movilidad específicas para el personal de oficina y el de ensamble técnico.

Atención Primaria y Seguimiento:Brindar asesoríainicial ante molestias físicas relacionadas con la actividad laboral y dar seguimientoacasos existentes.

Recomendación de Equipamiento:Asesorar al departamento de Compras sobre la adquisición de mobiliario ergonómico (sillas, soportes, herramientas con menor impacto).

Talleres de Higiene de Columna:Capacitar al personal en el manejo de cargas (componentes de motores, baterías, herramientasligeras).
