Job Description
Funciones:
- Gestión Contractual y Relación con el Cliente
- Representar a la compañía ante el cliente en todos los aspectos relacionados con la ejecución del contrato.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales, niveles de servicio (KPIs) y objetivos de desempeño.
- Liderar reuniones periódicas con el cliente y preparar informes operativos, técnicos y económicos.
- Gestionar reclamaciones, desviaciones, cambios de alcance y oportunidades de mejora contractual.

- Gestión Operativa
- Asegurar la operación continua, segura y eficiente de la planta desaladora y sus instalaciones asociadas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la capacidad de producción comprometida y de los estándares de calidad del agua producida.
- Supervisar el desempeño de los procesos de captación, pretratamiento, ósmosis inversa, postratamiento e impulsión.
- Liderar la implantación de mejoras operacionales orientadas a incrementar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia energética de la instalación.
- Gestión Económica
- Elaborar y controlar el presupuesto anual del contrato.
- Analizar desviaciones económicas e implantar acciones correctivas para garantizar la rentabilidad.
- Controlar costes operativos, consumos energéticos, productos químicos y servicios externos.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización económica y generación de valor.
- Liderazgo y Gestión de Personas
- Liderar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinares de operación, mantenimiento y soporte.
- Establecer objetivos, evaluar resultados y promover el desarrollo profesional del personal.
- Fomentar un entorno de trabajo colaborativo orientado a la excelencia operativa.
- Garantizar una adecuada planificación de recursos y gestión del talento.
Required Skills and Competencies
Cualificaciones y/o Habilidades mínimas:
- Grado en Ingeniería, Minería, Industria Pesada o equivalente
- Experiencia de 10-15 años en puestos similares y tratamiento de agua
- Alta atención al detalle
- Dominio avanzado de Excel
