What this role is all about

The Product Sales Expert / Platform Commercial Executive will accelerate Infobip’s growth within the platform customer segment across Latin America.

This is a commercially focused overlay role—not a specialist position limited to one product. Working closely with regional Account Executives, Customer Growth teams, and the global Platform team, you will help acquire new platform customers and grow existing relationships through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. The role requires a strong seller who can combine new-business development with account growth, bring relevant CPaaS expertise, and help regional sales teams succeed with this customer segment.

Success will be reflected in growth of the platform customer segment, new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, and contribution to gross profit. The role will also help enable regional sales teams to engage and grow platform customers, while sharing market and customer feedback with the global Platform team.

What you’ll do

Regional Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Translate global Platform strategy into practical go-to-market plans for Brazil and, over time, other Latin American markets. Identify growth opportunities, monitor commercial progress, and share actionable market feedback with regional and global teams.

Customer Acquisition & Account Growth

  • Partner with regional Account Executives and Customer Growth teams to win and grow Platform customers through consultative selling. Develop opportunities, identify cross-sell and up-sell potential, and connect customer needs with relevant Infobip solutions across the portfolio, including SMS, voice, RCS, WhatsApp, email, and AgentOS.

Sales Enablement & Market Expertise

  • Equip regional sales teams with practical guidance, training, and customer insights. Build strong knowledge of CPaaS, communications solutions, and local market dynamics; support strategic customer conversations and share candid feedback to improve commercial execution.

Collaboration

  • Bridge local customer needs with global commercial and product priorities. Influence through expertise and collaboration; this role does not include direct people management.

What makes you a strong fit

  • A proven track record in commercial sales, including winning new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Relevant experience selling CPaaS, communications solutions, or technology platforms; experience with SMS, voice, RCS, or WhatsApp is particularly valuable.
  • Strong consultative selling, prospecting, opportunity qualification, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with both new-business sellers and teams focused on customer growth.
  • Confidence engaging customers and translating business needs into relevant commercial opportunities.
  • The ability to enable and influence sales teams through practical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the judgment to provide candid, constructive feedback.
  • Fluency in English is required. Portuguese is strongly preferred given the initial focus on Brazil; Spanish is an advantage for broader regional coverage.
