Melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan cash harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
Mengontrol ketersediaan uang cash pada seluruh cabang/ATM sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Memonitor keluar masuk cash serta memastikan saldo sesuai dengan laporan.
Membuat forecasting kebutuhan cash berdasarkan transaksi dan histori penggunaan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, CIT, FLM, dan pihak bank terkait distribusi cash.
Melakukan analisa selisih cash dan membantu proses investigasi apabila terjadi discrepancy.
Menyusun laporan cash management secara rutin kepada atasan dan management.
Memastikan proses pengelolaan cash berjalan sesuai SOP dan ketentuan perusahaan.
Mengontrol jadwal replenishment ATM agar tidak terjadi kekosongan uang.
Membantu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan cash dan pengendalian risiko operasional.
