- Menyusun perencanaan rute (routing) dan jadwal operasional tim CIT secara efisien.
- Mengatur kebutuhan manpower (crew) dan armada sesuai volume pekerjaan.
- Melakukan forecasting kebutuhan operasional (cash, crew, kendaraan).
- Mengontrol dan memastikan perencanaan berjalan sesuai target dan SLA.
- Melakukan analisa performa operasional (SLA, productivity, cost efficiency).
- Mengelola dan mengontrol biaya operasional (BBM, tol, maintenance, dll).
- Mengidentifikasi kendala operasional dan menyusun improvement plan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations Control, CPC, dan pihak terkait.
- Menyusun laporan analisa dan performa operasional (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
- Memastikan optimalisasi rute dan utilisasi armada.
- Mendukung pengambilan keputusan melalui data dan reporting.
- Memastikan perencanaan sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan perusahaan.
