PODSTATA PRÁCE

PRA Manager (Price Reimbursement Access Manager CZ/SK) je klíčovou osobou podílející se na zajištění úhrad léčivých přípravků společnosti Eli Lilly z veřejného zdravotního pojištění.

NÁPLŇ PRÁCE

PRA Manager CZ/SK je odpovědný za přípravu, implementaci, monitoring a komunikaci správních řízení vedených SÚKL ve věci stanovení maximálních cen a výše a podmínek úhrady léčivých přípravků a revize cen a úhrad celého portfolia společnosti Eli Lilly ČR, s.r.o. dle zákona č. 48/1997 Sb. a správního řádu č. 500/2004 Sb. (zplnomocněná osoba).
PRA CZ/SK je rovněž odpovědný za přípravu farmakoekonomické části žádostí o úhradu pro slovenskou pobočku Eli Lilly.
Připravuje kompletní dokumentaci (dossiers) ve spolupráci s medicínským, marketingovým a finančním oddělením za účelem podání žádostí o maximální cenu a výše a podmínek úhrady.
Spolupracuje s globálním a regionálním oddělením ve věci farmakoekonomického modelování (cost-effectiveness, cost-utility analýzy a budget impact analysis) pro potřeby české a slovenské pobočky Eli Lilly
Ve spolupráci s externími vendory připravuje národní vstupy (direct medical costs) zejména pro globálně vyvinuté farmakoekonomické modely a ve spolupráci s marketing/sales oddělením připravuje analýzu dopadu na rozpočet (budget impact).
V případně změn maximálních a prodejních cen přípravků Eli Lilly spolupracuje s Italy Hub Managementem ve věci přípravy standardizovaných business cases za účelem získání schválení změn cen, či risk-sharing agreements od IBU (International Business Unit). Jako Master Subject Expert se zaměří na revizi a hodnocení smysluplnosti výstupů a výsledků modelování analýz nákladové efektivity pro země z ostatních Clusterů v rámci italského HUBu.
Ve spolupráci s medical oddělením a dle dohody s Corporate Affairs se spoluúčastní na odborných setkáních s lékaři (Advisory Boards).
Je odpovědný za každoroční přípravu PRA části Customer plánů klíčových produktů.
Je nositelem firemních hodnot a dodržuje zásady Red Book a Good Promotional Practice.
Dohlíží nad dodržováním PRA pravidel dle lokální legislativy
V rámci organizační struktury Lilly ČR reportuje roli Director Corporate Affairs and Market Access
