Job Description

Osoba na tym stanowisku wykonuje szeroki zakres operacji montażu szaf stalowych oraz ich podzespołów, zgodnie z dokumentacją, a także instrukcjami stanowiskowymi i procedurami jakościowymi. W trakcie montażu monter obsługuje narzędzia ręczne i elektronarzędzia. Do obowiązków należy również przygotowanie stanowiska pracy i materiału oraz sprawdzanie poprawności montażu przed przekazaniem gotowego wyrobu w obszar inspekcji końcowej.

Zatrudniona osoba będzie raportować do lidera zmiany. Praca odbywać się będzie w trybie dwuzmianowym, stacjonarnie w Szczecinie (Polska).

Obowiązki:

Przygotowanie komponentów oraz narzędzi potrzebnych do montażu produktów.
Realizacja zleceń produkcyjnych zgodnie z dziennym harmonogramem.
Wykonywanie montażu produktów (szaf stalowych) z zastosowaniem właściwych narzędzi, zgodnie z instrukcją i wymaganiami klienta.
Współpraca z innymi pracownikami produkcyjnymi w celu zapewnienia najlepszej jakości produktów i terminowości realizacji zamówień.
Kontrola jakości wykonywanych operacji montażowych.
Obsługa narzędzi ręcznych, elektronarzędzi i urządzeń montażowych.
Zgłaszanie usterek, braków materiałowych i problemów technicznych.
Utrzymanie porządku na stanowisku pracy zgodnie z zasadami 5S.
Współpraca z działem jakości w zakresie kontroli i eliminacji niezgodności. Raportowanie wykonanych zadań do mistrz zmiany.

Wmagania:

Min. 1-2 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku
Doświadczenie w obsłudze elektronarzędzi,
Zdolności manualne, spostrzegawczość
Umiejętność pracy w zespole, komunikatywność
Dokładność i sumienność
Odpowiedzialność
