Iron Mountain busca un proactivo Aprendiz o Practicante de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para sumarse a nuestro equipo de HSE.
En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de impactar directamente en la seguridad física de nuestra sede garantizando que cada operación se desarrolle bajo los más altos estándares de protección y normatividad.
Tu labor diaria será fundamental para mantener informado al personal, promover una cultura preventiva y consolidar un entorno laboral seguro para todo el equipo. Aquí, tu compromiso ayudará a proteger lo más valioso de nuestra organización: nuestra gente.
Qué Harás:
- Realizar inspecciones físicas: Llevar a cabo recorridos y diligenciar los formatos aplicados según la normatividad de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
- Dar seguimiento al área de HSE: Monitorear y gestionar las iniciativas y actividades concernientes al área de HSE en el site de Bucaramanga.
- Comunicar novedades y capacitaciones: Difundir al personal cualquier actualización, charla o recomendación emitida por el área de HSE.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo: Apoyar en la aplicación continua de la normatividad vigente en seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
El candidato ideal contará con:
- Estado activo como estudiante habilitado para realizar prácticas o aprendizaje en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST/HSE).
- Conocimientos sólidos sobre la normatividad de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el diligenciamiento de formatos de inspección.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para impartir charlas y transmitir recomendaciones de seguridad al personal.
- Capacidad de observación y actitud proactiva para la prevención de riesgos en campo.
- No haber firmado previamente contrato de aprendizaje.

- Horarios: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 a. m. a 4:20 p. m.
- Ubicación: Kilómetro 4 Anillo Vial Río Frío - Zona Franca Santander, Manzana E, Edificio 4, Bucaramanga.
