Descripción de Puesto: Practicante de PGM
Estudiante de ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín.
Seguro facultativo vigente.
Inglés- intermedio/ avanzado.
Prácticas profesionales- presenciales en la Ciudad de Querétaro.
Propósito del puesto
El Practicante de PGM brinda soporte operativo, administrativo y analítico a los procesos relacionados con la gestión de metales del grupo del platino (PGM). Su función principal es asegurar la trazabilidad del material, la correcta actualización de información en SAP y Excel, y el apoyo a las áreas de Planeación, Calidad, Producción, Finanzas y Refinación, contribuyendo a la eficiencia, control y visibilidad de los flujos de PGM.
Responsabilidades principales
1. Planeación y control operativo de PGM
Ejecutar el release semanal de PGM y la elaboración de BOM manuales para los horizontes de planeación establecidos.

Dar seguimiento a inventarios en tránsito, fronteras y materiales por llegar a planta.
Revisar programas de producción semanal tanto de PC como de procesos convencionales.
2. Gestión documental y registro en SAP
Recibir y registrar facturas en SAP: inbound, creación de HU y notificaciones correspondientes a Supply Chain, Finanzas y Calidad.
Organizar y archivar documentación relacionada con materiales, facturas, entregas y soportes.
Actualizar información de trazabilidad y resultados de materiales en SAP y Excel.
3. Coordinación con el área de Calidad
Coordinar actividades de muestreo, separación de lotes, elaboración de certificados y procesos de liberación.
Asegurar el flujo de información requerido para la liberación oportuna del material.
4. Elaboración y actualización de reportes
Generar reportes semanales y mensuales como: variaciones de órdenes de proceso, throughput, scrap, ajustes de inventario, outturn de refinación y TP basado en piezas.
Analizar descuentos de piezas (contenido PGM, peso, número de parte).
Actualizar presentaciones de Accountability y reportes para juntas mensuales.
5. Seguimiento del proceso de refinación
Revisar y actualizar la bitácora de material enviado a refinación (Excel vs SAP).
Preparar y generar documentación del proceso de refinación: PL, registros en SAP y soporte logístico.
Recibir confirmaciones de embarques y actualizar referencias en sistema.
Mantener actualizado el reporte RefiningSummary para garantizar la trazabilidad del material.
Elaborar comparativos entre PGM enviados (JOBs) y resultados reportados por la refinadora.
Registrar en SAP los resultados finales y pagos de metal.
Relación interna
Planeación: alineación de materiales, releases y programación.
Calidad: muestreos, certificados, liberaciones y control de lotes.
Producción: seguimiento de programas y consumo de materiales.
Supply Chain / Finanzas: documentación, facturas y actualización de información SAP.
Refinación: carga de materiales, embarques, resultados y trazabilidad
