Le ou la Lead Practice Martech est un acteur clé de cette transformation. Il ou elle a pour mission de faire de la practice un levier de croissance et de différenciation pour WPP Enterprise Solutions et pour l'ensemble du groupe WPP, en s'appuyant sur un écosystème technologique de premier plan (Adobe, Braze, Imagino, Bloomreach, Salesforce…) et sur un réseau de talents experts en France, au Maroc et à l'international.

Vos missions

Business & Client

Assurer le go-to-market de l'offre Martech en lien avec les partenaires technologiques (Braze, Imagino, Adobe, Bloomreach…)
Développer le portefeuille clients et les comptes à potentiel multi-expertises
Contribuer aux réponses stratégiques et aux dossiers clés
Piloter la marge brute vendue et le P&L de la practice
Construire des offres packagées et des modèles innovants (freemium, agents IA, BAV data)

Management

Diriger et fédérer une équipe de 50 collaborateurs en France et au Maroc
Assurer la montée en compétences, l'engagement et la rétention des talents
Animer le codir de la practice et piloter la performance collective
Connecter l'équipe aux réseaux de talents internationaux VML & WPP
Développer des modèles d'organisation agiles et innovants (équipages, PO mutualisés)

Thought Leadership

Incarner l'expertise Martech sur le marché français (prises de parole, événements, publications)
Produire benchmarks, études et contenus de référence (LinkedIn, articles, tribunes)
Intervenir en top2top auprès des CxO clients et prospects
Organiser et animer des événements CX de référence (2 par an)
Représenter VML Consulting dans les instances partenaires et les cercles d'influence

Profil recherché

10 ans minimum d'expérience en Martech, CRM ou Digital Marketing Technology
Solide expertise technique des plateformes Martech (CDP, Marketing Automation, Personalisation, Analytics)
Expérience avérée dans un rôle alliant business development et delivery client
Expérience du management d'équipes pluriculturelles et multisites (idéalement France + offshore)
La connaissance du marché des agences conseil ou des ESN est un vrai plus
Approche data-driven et orientation résultats
Capacité à faire le pont entre business et technologie
Maîtrise du go-to-market et de la vente conseil
Vision offre et ingénierie de solutions
Leadership inspirant & fédérateur
Sens commercial et aptitudes relationnelles fortes
Aisance en environnement matriciel et international
Orientation impact et transformation
Bilingue anglais
