Im Innovationszentrum am Standort in Wiesloch/Walldorf arbeiten Teams aus allen Ingenieurdisziplinen an der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte. Kurze Wege, eine offene kreative Atmosphäre und die hervorragend ausgestattete Arbeitsumgebung lassen im Austausch der Experten einzigartige Lösungen entstehen. Der Bereich Industrial Engineering sorgt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Einkauf und Fertigung für die produktionsgerechte Produktgestaltung. Hierbei gilt es Qualität, Kosten und Technologie in Einklang zu bringen und innovative Lösungen zu schaffen. Weitere Schwerpunkte der Abteilung sind das Produktionssystem und das Innovationsmanagement für die Produktion.

Mögliche Aufgaben:

Analyse und Optimierung im Umfeld des Cost Engineerings

Unterstützung bei vielfältigen Innovationsthemen im Bereich Produktion, Fertigungstechnologien und Herstellkostenprognosen

Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit an bestehenden und neuen Normen

Mitarbeit bei der Projektarbeit oder Prozessoptimierung in der Produktion und entlang der PLM-Kette

Entwicklung von KI-Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Weiterentwicklung des Ideenmanagements

Erstellung von Erklärvideos für Expertentools

Unsere Anforderungen:

Selbstständige, systematische, lösungsorientierte und kreative Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung

Studium in den Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder interdisziplinäre Studiengänge

Die Dauer der Arbeit orientiert sich an der jeweils relevanten Studienordnung. Gerne besprechen wir konkrete Aufgabenstellungen in einem persönlichen Gespräch. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.
