Während Deines Praktikums an unserem Standort in Oberkochen oder München unterstützt Du unser Team ab Dezember/Januar für einen Zeitraum von etwa 4 bis 6 Monaten. Dabei erhältst Du spannende Einblicke in aktuelle Projekte und globale Initiativen.

Es ist uns wichtig, dass Du nicht nur Aufgaben übernimmst, sondern auch eigene Ideen einbringst und aktiv an Projekten mitarbeitest. Auf diese Weise sammelst Du wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk im Unternehmen auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter.

Deine Rolle

Während Deines Praktikums wirst Du ein wertvoller Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt uns in vielseitigen Projekten – von der ersten Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung:

Workshops und Trainings: Mithilfe bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Trainingsformaten

Projektarbeit: Begleite unser Team bei abwechslungsreichen Projekten und bringe aktiv Deine Ideen ein

Multimediale Inhalte: Entwickle Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien für verschiedene Zielgruppen auf Management-Ebene

Innovative Themen: Recherchiere aktuelle Entwicklungen und unterstütze uns bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Initiativen

Dein Profil

Studium: Du bist eingeschrieben in BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

Zeit und Motivation: Du bringst mindestens 4 Monate, idealerweise 6 Monate, Zeit mit und bist bereit, eine steile Lernkurve zu durchlaufen

Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen: Praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. durch Praktika oder Projekte. Du hast einen sehr sicheren Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint, und bringst erste Erfahrung im Erstellen von Präsentationen und Auswertungen mit

Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und bist motiviert, Neues zu entdecken

Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent: Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und Organisation

Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Arbeit in unserem Team
