Identifikation und Umsetzung von AI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen in den täglichen Arbeitsabläufen unseres Teams
Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von AI-Agenten mit Microsoft Copilot Studio
Aufbau intelligenter Workflows und Automatisierungen mit Microsoft Power Automate
Erstellung von Best Practices, Templates und Schulungsunterlagen für den produktiven Einsatz von AI
Eigenständige Verantwortung für Pilotprojekte mit messbarem Produktivitätsmehrwert
Unterstützung strategischer Programme durch datenbasierte Analysen und AI-gestützte Auswertungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management des Bereichs sowie internen Experten (m/w/x)
Dein Profil
Studium der Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren quantitativ-technischen Studiengangs
Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und digitale Transformation
Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrungen mit generativer AI sowie der Entwicklung von AI-Lösungen, Agenten und Automatisierungsworkflows, insbesondere mit Copilot Studio und Power Automate
Affinität zu digitalen Tools und neuen Arbeitsweisen
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Ideen eigenständig in die Umsetzung zu bringen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
