Die Kommunikation und Sichtbarkeit von Initiativen der obersten „Fachlaufbahn für R&D und Innovation“ unterstützen
Knowledge-Management-Systeme pflegen und weiterentwickeln
Transparenz, Dokumentation und Wissensaustausch über Teams und Business Units hinweg fördern
Workshops, Community-Formate und strategische Events unterstützen und mitorganisieren

Projektpläne, Meilensteine, Timelines und Maßnahmen nachverfolgen
Präsentationen, Reports und Kommunikationsunterlagen erstellen
Strukturierte Arbeitsweisen, Governance-Prozesse und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen aktiv mitgestalten
Dein Profil
Laufendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Innovationsmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Leidenschaft für Innovationen, neue Technologien und die Umsetzung neuer Ideen in konkrete Mehrwerte
Interesse an Projektmanagement, Kommunikation und Wissensmanagement
Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Aktiver Beitrag zu Transparenz, Wissensaustausch und Innovation sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Solide MS Office Kenntnisse (PowerPoint und Excel sowie Miro, Teams oder SharePoint)
Erfahrung mit Content Management Systemen wünschenswert (z. B. TYPO3, Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe AEM, WordPress)
Grundverständnis für technische Zusammenhänge (Templates, Schnittstellen, Datenschutz)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen / Tools sowie die Fähigkeit, KI-Tools sinnvoll für Recherche, Textformulierung (z. B. User Stories), Datenauswertung oder Prozessautomatisierung einzusetzen
