Objetivos:

Reportes debidamente actualizados en tiempo.
Limpieza y validación de bases de datos.
Revisión de creación de clientes en Salesforce.
Atención a solicitudes especiales.
Seguimiento a Downgrades.
Actualización mensual de datos macroeconómicos.
Soporte en gestión de portafolio y catálogo de producto.
Documentación de procesos.

Principales actividades:

Reportes debidamente actualizados en tiempo.
Limpieza y validación de bases de datos.
Revisión de creación de clientes en Salesforce.
Atención a solicitudes especiales.
Seguimiento a Downgrades.
Actualización mensual de datos macroeconómicos.
Soporte en gestión de portafolio y catálogo de producto.
Documentación de procesos.

Estudiantes activos en el último año de carreras como: Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Negocios, Matemáticas, Administración, Actuaría o afín.
Disponibilidad de horario matutino (8:00 am. - 2:00 pm).
Inglés intermedio.
Software: Excel intermedio - avanzado (fórmulas, pivots, comparaciones).
Deseable Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI.
Habilidades: Organizado / Analítico / Proactivo / Responsable / Autodidacta.
Interés en desarrollarse en análisis de datos, manejo de información y agregación de valor identificando áreas de mejora, oportunidades y riesgos.
