The Opportunity

Adobe Express is one of Adobe’s fastest-growing products, used by millions of people every day to build and share content across social, work, and personal moments. The PLG Engagement team is responsible for how users discover Express, what brings them back, and how the product grows its reach across new surfaces and audiences.

This role centers on growth at scale, reaching beyond Express' own surfaces by integrating with the broader product portfolio, external partnerships, and fresh distribution channels. You will work where product, partnerships, and ecosystem strategy meet, deciding how Express is represented throughout Adobe and externally. You will help transform new audiences into committed, long-term users. If you enjoy addressing large, uncertain problems and have a history of clarifying direction and advancing organizations, this role is ideal for you!
