Job Description

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

核酸医薬品の分析法開発、適格性確認、バリデーションおよび技術移管を主導し、開発段階に応じた品質評価、安定性評価、不純物評価を通じて、臨床開発を支える信頼性の高い分析基盤を確立する。
LC、LC-MS、分光分析などの分析・特性評価技術を活用し、核酸医薬品の品質管理戦略および品質規格の立案を主導するとともに、製品品質に関する科学的かつ規制上妥当な意思決定に貢献する。
品質部門、製造部門、CTO、CDMO、試験実施サイトおよび社内外の関係者と連携し、GMP試験、安定性試験、技術文書および申請資料を適時かつ高品質に整備する。
核酸医薬品分析に関する専門性を活かして、グローバルな部門横断的開発プログラムに貢献するとともに、新規分析技術の探索、導入および応用を通じて、分析能力と開発プロセスの継続的な向上を推進する。

ACCOUNTABILITIES

核酸医薬品の分析法開発、適格性確認およびバリデーション
核酸医薬品の品質評価、安定性評価および不純物評価
核酸医薬品に関する品質管理戦略および品質規格の立案
LC、LC-MS、分光分析などを用いた核酸医薬品の分析・特性評価
核酸医薬品の分析法および分析技術の試験実施サイト、製造サイト、外部委託先への技術移管
核酸医薬品分析の専門性を活かした、部門横断的なグローバル開発プログラム・プロジェクトへの貢献
GMP試験、安定性試験および関連する技術文書・申請資料の作成
社内外の関係者、品質部門、製造部門、CTO、CDMOなどとの連携・調整
核酸医薬品に関する新規分析技術の探索、導入および応用

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

理系大学卒以上、理系大学院（修士）卒以上が望ましい
医薬品開発における開発分析業務で3年以上の実務経験
核酸関連化合物の開発分析業務経験
核酸関連化合物に関する試験法設定または分析機器を用いた分析経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語（会話・読み書き）
グローバルでコミュニケーションをとれるレベルの英語力
TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい

その他：
国内外の出張、早朝あるいは夜間の電話・Web会議に対応できる方
学会、セミナー、機関紙、学術論文などでの発表実績があればなお可

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
