Review and refine architectural solutions for large scale epics and initiatives ensuring technical feasibility, readiness and alignment prior to implementation. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architectural diagrams, design documents, API specifications and operation guidelines. Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineers and development teams including conducting design reviews, code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to improve engineering quality and productivity. Identify and implement process improvements in software development lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, release processes, testing strategies and automation of engineering workflows. Lead performance optimization efforts including tuning application performance, improving response times and optimizing resource utilization across distributed systems. Participate in production support and incident management including troubleshooting complex issues, implementing hot fixes and ensuring system continuity and high availability.
