Vaším úkolem bude vytvořit a dlouhodobě spravovat kompletní procesní framework pro oddělení ILS a Automatizace. Nehledáme administrátora procesů, ale člověka, který umí procesy navrhovat, implementovat, dokumentovat a následně prosazovat jejich používání v praxi.

Minimálně 5 let prokazatelné praxe v oblasti:

Procesní management.
Business Process Management (BPM).
Projektové řízení.
Organizační rozvoj.
Implementace procesních změn.

Klíčové odpovědnosti

Procesní řízení a standardizace

Analýza stávajících procesů a identifikace oblastí pro zlepšení.
Návrh a implementace nových procesů v prostředí ILS a Automatizace.
Tvorba procesních map a workflow diagramů.
Definice odpovědností jednotlivých rolí.
Nastavení procesních KPI a kontrolních mechanismů.
Tvorba a správa systému Lessons Learned.
Definice a správa procesních rizik.
