En Valeo buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Procesos SMD y Manufactura Electrónica apasionado/a por la automoción para liderar el proceso completo de fabricación electrónica, optimizar nuestras líneas de producción y garantizar la máxima eficiencia y seguridad.
- Control del Proceso Completo: Dominar e industrializar el proceso completo de manufactura electrónica, desde las fases de Front-end (aplicación de crema/fronel, serigrafía, inspección) hasta el montaje final y Backend.
- Eliminación de Cuellos de Botella: Identificar, analizar y atacar de manera directa los cuellos de botella en la línea completa, optimizando la maquinaria implicada (tecnología Pick & Place, módulos ADAS, hornos de reflujo y sistemas de inspección).
- Industrialización y Equipos: Liderar la industrialización e introducción de nuevos equipos y líneas de producción para garantizar un arranque eficiente de los nuevos proyectos.
- Optimización y Eficiencia: Optimizar la eficiencia de la maquinaria y reducir los tiempos de ciclo para minimizar costes y maximizar el rendimiento global (OEE).
🤝 Hablemos de ti
- Grado o Máster en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o similar).
- Experiencia en ingeniería de procesos o industrialización.
- Idiomas: Inglés y español fluido (imprescindible).
- Modalidad: 100% Presencial (On-site).
- Plus: Conocimiento y pasión por el sector automoción.
