Process Quality Engineer(m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

Bei uns werden Produkte in höchster Präzision gefertigt. Basierend auf den Auf-zeichnungen und Prüfergebnissen gibst du die Lieferungen frei.
Du überwachst die Qualitätsleistung der Produkte anhand der definierten KPIs wie FOR und Yield einschließlich Qualitätsberichterstattung.
Sollten dennoch Retouren oder Reklamationen vom Kunden eintreffen, bist du als Teil der PQE für deren Analysen und Korrekturen zuständig.
Du leitest und koordinierst die Ursachenanalysen und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Maßnahmen getroffen werden.
Wir streben ständig nach Verbesserungen. Daher leitest du mit dem Team Korrekturmaßnahmen ein, überwachst diese.

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im mechanischen oder elektrischen Bereich (Lehre, FS, HTL, FH) mit Berufserfahrung
Eigenverantwortliche, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld (Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
Innovationsgeist und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Teamplayer-Mentalität – Du bringst Dich ein und ziehst mit dem Team an einem Strang
