הובלת צוותים בין-תחומיים בארגון מטריציוני, תוך אחריות לביצוע השוטף והמוצלח של כלל תחומי הביצוע, התכנון, לוחות הזמנים, האיכות ושביעות רצון הלקוח.
אחריות על כלל שלבי תהליכי ניהול מחזור חיי המוצר (PLCM) ותהליך השקת המוצר (PLP), לרבות:

ניהול היקף הפרויקט.
ניהול לוחות הזמנים והייצור בפרויקט.
מעקב, דיווח וניהול סטטוס כולל של הפרויקט.
זיהוי סיכונים ובניית תוכניות להפחתתם.

תיאום פורומים וישיבות פרויקט, כגון ישיבות סטטוס, ועדות, ישיבות שער ותוכנית השקת פרויקט; אחריות על מעקב וקידום סיכומי דיון ומשימות לביצוע.
תקשור יזום של סטטוס התוכנית למנהלים פונקציונליים רלוונטיים, בעלי עניין בפרויקט וספונסרים של התוכנית.
זיהוי יזום של הזדמנויות לשיפור תהליכים ומתן המלצות לשינויים.
משמש/ת כמוקד מרכזי מול הלקוח — הבנה של הצרכים העסקיים והטכניים של הלקוח.
סיוע ללקוח בתהליכי יישום שוטפים, תוך העמקת הידע הטכני והבנת תהליכי היישום בייצור.
תכנון פרויקטים לטווח קצר וארוך בהתאם לסטנדרטים המקובלים בתעשייה.
תיעדוף סקירת ECOs והאצת שחרור ECOs במחזור היישום — סקירת ECOs לצורך בדיקת שלמות התוכן, השפעה על הלקוח הפנימי והחיצוני, השפעה ארגונית והשפעה פונקציונלית על המוצר. קביעת השפעת ה-ECOs על מוצרים ותהליכים; זיהוי הגורמים הרלוונטיים שיש לשלב בתהליך ההערכה, קבלת ההחלטות, שיוך האחריות, הגדרה, אישור ויישום ה-ECO; וניתוב ה-ECOs לגורמים המתאימים.

הניסיון שאנחנו מבקשים:

תואר ראשון — עדיפות לתחום טכני / הנדסי.
3–5 שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים או בהובלת צוותים חוצי-ארגון; ניסיון בניהול תהליכי PLCM — יתרון.
לפחות שנה ניסיון בסביבת הנדסה / מוצר.
ידע או ניסיון בתחומי NPI / PCBA / SMT / חומרה — יתרון משמעותי.
יכולות חזקות בניהול תוכניות / פרויקטים ויכולת הובלה והנעה של ממשקים.
ניסיון בהובלת צוותים מטריציוניים מגוונים ובעלי ביצועים גבוהים.
יכולות תקשורת מצוינות בכתב ובעל פה, כולל יכולת לסכם ולעבד מידע באופן ברור ונגיש לצוותים ולהנהלה.
שליטה בכלי Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
הסמכות מטעם ארגוני ניהול פרויקטים — יתרון.
יכולת גבוהה לפתח ולתחזק קשרי עבודה אפקטיביים מול ממשקים בדרגים שונים.
