Brookfield is seeking a Product Manager, AI Product Enablement to help investment teams identify, design, and adopt practical AI workflow automations that improve how Brookfield invests.

This role is part of the Product organization and will support our AI-first platform. The person will work closely with investment professionals to understand business needs, identify high-value AI automation opportunities, and translate those opportunities into clear product requirements so they can be built into our AI-first platform.

The role is highly hands-on. The ideal candidate is comfortable partnering directly with business users, learning complex investment workflows, and helping teams apply AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and other modern AI development and automation platforms. This person should combine product judgment, investment fluency, strong communication skills, and genuine curiosity about applied AI.

This is a product role focused on practical AI enablement, workflow improvement, adoption, and platform development. The right candidate will help bridge investment expertise, product development, and emerging AI capabilities in a way that creates measurable business value.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with investment teams to identify high-value workflow automation opportunities across investment, asset management, reporting, research, and analytical workflows
  • Help investment users build practical AI workflow automations using Codex, Claude Code, and related AI tools
  • Translate AI automation opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria so they can be built into our AI-first platform
  • Deliver hands-on enablement sessions with investment teams, including workflow walkthroughs, AI tool coaching, and in-context training
  • Serve as a trusted product partner to investment professionals, helping them understand where AI can be useful, where it should be constrained, and how to apply it responsibly in high-stakes workflows
  • Create reusable playbooks, templates, prompts, examples, and workflow patterns that can be scaled across teams
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure field-tested automation concepts inform product priorities and platform capabilities
  • Synthesize user feedback into structured insights, including pain points, workflow gaps, training opportunities, and product roadmap recommendations
  • Support adoption of our AI-first platform by helping users connect AI automations to scalable product workflows and reusable platform capabilities
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automation patterns, assumptions, limitations, and recommended next steps

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with investment professionals and translate complex workflows into clear product and automation direction
  • Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using modern AI tools to prototype, automate, or improve knowledge-work processes
  • Strong product judgment, especially in ambiguous environments where user needs are not yet fully formalized
  • Comfortable working directly with business users, asking thoughtful questions, and earning trust through practical problem solving
  • Ability to distinguish between workflow needs and stated requirements, and to synthesize user feedback into actionable product input
  • Strong technical literacy, including comfort with AI coding tools, basic scripting concepts, structured data, APIs, SQL, or similar technical workflows
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, with a bias toward practical adoption and measurable workflow improvement
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across investment teams, product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams
  • Sound judgment around responsible AI usage, confidentiality, data sensitivity, and the limitations of language model systems

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product operations, AI enablement, business operations, strategy, consulting, investment operations, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to real business workflows, ideally including tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar agentic development environments
  • Experience working with investment, financial services, real estate, private equity, asset management, or other high-stakes analytical teams is strongly preferred
  • Experience translating manual business processes into automations, prototypes, internal tools, or product requirements
  • Familiarity with investment workflows such as underwriting, diligence, asset reviews, market research, reporting, or analytical decision support is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an internal product, fintech, proptech, real estate investment, or AI transformation role is preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree, CFA progress, or other relevant technical/product credentials are a plus
