Create and maintain a backlog of tickets with clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Lead sprint refinement, planning, and retrospectives

Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to specifications, managing across time zones and geographies

Set OKRs and measure progress against them

What You Bring

4+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to commerce, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce

Strong writing skills for product briefs, user stories, and stakeholder communication

Natural curiosity: passion for understanding shopper behavior, testing new approaches, and continuous learning
