Markt & Produktstrategie

Analyse globaler Markttrends, Wettbewerber, Technologien und Normen.
Identifikation von Marktchancen (z. B. OEM-Trends, neue Anwendungen, Branchenentwicklungen) und Ableitung einer Produktstrategie mit Business Cases in enger Abstimmung mit dem Product Innovations Manager und dem Global Head of Business (GHOB).
Preispositionierung und Margenüberwachung gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Controlling.

Produktportfolio-Management

Lebenszyklusmanagement (Auslauf / Anlauf).
Beurteilung von Produktänderungen und Varianten (Modify-to-Order, kundenspezifische Lösungen).
Klärung der Norm- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen (z. B. UL, CSA, IEC), in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Engineering.
Definition von Produktanforderungen und Lastenheft für Engineering/Entwicklung.

Go-to-Market & Vertriebsunterstützung

Entwicklung von Markteinführungskonzepten für neue Produkte.
Erstellung von Produktunterlagen (Datenblätter, Präsentationen, Wettbewerbsvergleiche).
Unterstützung des internationalen Vertriebsteams bei Angebotsprojekten.

Fachlich

Technisches Studium (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steckverbinderindustrie, Elektrokomponenten oder industrieller Verbindungstechnik.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit OEMs, Distributoren und internationalen Märkten.
Kenntnisse in internationalen Normen (UL, IEC, RoHS, REACH …) von Vorteil.
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Produktzertifizierungen oder Applikationsengineering.
