Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross-functional GTM programmes that scale across regions and resonate with technical decision-makers

Proven experience in building and scaling a community motion or developer/architect relations programme

Ability to translate complex technology and architecture value into clear strategic frameworks that resonate with decision-makers

Strong collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to align global strategy to regional execution across ABM and Demand Gen teams, among others

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, distilling complex architectural concepts into compelling, business-relevant narratives

Commitment to being a culture champion who builds trust, collaboration and inclusivity across functions and regions

An analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement

Experience developing regional or industry-specific campaigns that complement global priorities is a plus
