- Execution Process and Solution Ownership: Translate warehouse, logistics, distribution, transport, inventory movement, and fulfilment requirements into clear backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring SAP EWM and Transportation Management capabilities support standard and scalable processes.
- Cross-Functional Delivery and Adoption: Lead execution-product improvements across design, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU, coordinating dependencies across business, data, integration, technology, change, testing, and external delivery partners.
- Performance and Continuous Improvement: Use OTIF, logistics productivity, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, transport performance, and fulfilment insights to prioritise improvements, challenge unnecessary local variation, and drive adoption and value realisation.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
