What this role is all about

As an RCS Product Success Manager (PSM), you take on a commercially driven, go-to-market role focused on creating opportunities, driving market initiatives, and accelerating RCS adoption across regions. Rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you, you proactively open doors, build business momentum, and remove blockers along the way. You act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Partners, and Customers, and your success is measured by business outcomes, not activity alone.

What you'll do

  • Proactively identify new opportunities, target accounts, and whitespace, driving pipeline creation together with regional sales teams
  • Lead strategic GTM initiatives end-to-end, building action plans, customer lists, and success metrics
  • Drive accountability and follow-up across stakeholders, monitoring progress and intervening when initiatives stall
  • Participate in strategic opportunities and customer engagements, supporting objection handling and competitive positioning
  • Escalate blockers and coordinate internal support to move opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional sales teams through enablement sessions, workshops, and shared best practices
  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback, prioritizing commercially relevant product requests and supporting process improvements

What makes you a strong fit

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in sales or business analytics
  • Strong business sense with an understanding of how to drive sales and create opportunities
  • Experience working across different organizations and understanding how different roles and departments contribute to driving an initiative from planning to execution
  • Skilled at handling objections, both internally and externally
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify blockers, assess their cost, and look for solutions
  • Comfortable seeking solutions and alignment across different departments, even when it's challenging
  • No prior product or industry-specific experience required

Why you'll love it here• Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path.  • Professional development - Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start. • International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.  While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
