Production Associate- 3rd Shift

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES

• Verbal and written communication skills, such as effectively present information and respond to questions
• Highly productive with a strong sense of urgency and orientation to details, accuracy, and excellent outcomes

• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adapt to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.
• Strong work ethic, including the ability to be self-directed and self-motivated. Demonstrated professionalism, passion, and initiative with projects and tasks

Experience Requirements

• Preferred experience with manufacturing assembly or similar processes
• Preferred experience with measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges
• Willingness to follow work instructions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently to constantly
• Must be able to constantly stand or sit for long periods of time as necessary in the work area
