Responsibilities:
- Process optimization: analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Quality assurance: ensure that products meet quality standards by developing and enforcing quality control procedures.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems quickly.
- Documentation and Reporting: maintain detailed documentation of production processes, including operational risk assessment, SOP, processing parameters etc., provide KPI reporting monthly.
- Safety compliance: develop and enforece safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a production or process engineer in manufacturing enterprises, experience in the technical textile industry, coating or plastisol chemistry is preferred.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and knowledge.
