Who you are:
- Develop and coordinate the unit. Responsible for securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals
and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate.

About the job:
- Implement ISO, AEO，ASME, PV management system in the factory.
履行ISO，AEO，ASME，压力容器产品制造质量管理等相关体系中规定的相关职责
- Ability to coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks, and changes, to ensure efficient execution of customer-specific orders under the ETO business model.
具备跨部门协调、项目交付、风险与变更管理等能力，以确保客户定制化订单在ETO业务模式下的高效执行。
- Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial KPIs.
负责部门业绩和产出，包括财务指标
- Set and follow up targets for the unit connected to factory priority.

- Drive the development of the unit

- Secure ALPS Implementation, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S

- Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present

- Support NPD (new product development) and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)

What you know:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
理工科本科学历或等同经历
- Relevant Leadership and management experience

- Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
五年以上年生产制造业工作经验
- Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus

- Project work experience is plus
