Production Operator - Night Shift

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to successfully complete a basic English and math assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and turning.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and a respirator (must be clean-shaven).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical.

Preferred Skills

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or filling line experience.
• Experience working in a chemical, coatings, paint, or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance forklift experience.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety.

Compensation

We consider an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation for this position is $22.00 CAD per hour. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
