Menjalankan operasi trimming tayar, menimbang tayar dan mengesahkan berat mengikut spesifikasi yang ditetapkan
Melakukan pemeriksaan visual tayar berdasarkan katalog kualiti.
Mengendalikan serta menyusun tayar siap dengan selamat.
Mengekalkan kebersihan serta amalan 5S di kawasan kerja.
Merekod data pengeluaran untuk tujuan kebolehkesanan (traceability)
Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dan kualiti.
Melaporkan masalah pengeluaran, kerosakan peralatan dan bahaya keselamatan.
Memantau prestasi pengeluaran serta bekerjasama dengan pasukan untuk mencapai sasaran dan mengekalkan standard kualiti.

Memiliki Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau kelayakan yang setaraf.
Mempunyai kemahiran asas dalam penggunaan komputer.
Tidak mengalami buta warna dan tiada masalah penglihatan (rabun)
Pengalaman asas dalam bidang pembuatan (manufacturing) merupakan satu kelebihan.
Bersedia bekerja mengikut syif dan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan serta kualiti.
