Responsibilities:
- Durchführung und Sicherstellung der Produktionsplanung und Maschinenkapazitätsplanung von der Disposition bis zum Einlasten der Fertigungsaufträge in wirtschaftlich optimaler Reihenfolge
- Disposition von Materialien (Bestellauslösungen/ Bestellabrufe) gemäß Forecast, Kunden- oder Lagerbedarf und Sicherstellen der bedarfsgerechten Verfügbarkeit
- Auftragsverfolgung, Produktionsmontoring und mögliche Intiierung daraus von Maßnahmen
- Reichweitensteuerung zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Lieferservice
- Mitarbeit zur stetigen Prozessoptimierung zur Erreichung der Ziele
- Eigenständige Leitung von ausgewählten Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management
- Sicherstellung eines Überblick über Qualität, Menge, Lagerbestände, Lieferzeiten, Effizienz
- Erfüllung der Ziele für Kosten, Produktivität, Bestände, Genauigkeit und Pünktlichkeit in Abstimmung mit den Divisionszielen
- Pflege von Kennzahlen und Datenanalyse zur Leistungsbeurteilung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
- Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Vorschriften und ISO-Anforderungen

Qualifications:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Bereich eines internationalen prouzierenden Unternehmen
- Weiterqualifikation mit Abschluss, z.B. IHK-Fachwirt, Bachelor. Die Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auch auf anderem Wege erworben sein.
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im o.g. Aufgabengebiet, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte interkulturelle und soziale Kompetenz
- Analytische, strukturierte, vorausschauende sowie unternehmens- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Zusatzqualifikationen in ERP-Systemen und Supply Chain Prozessen
- überzeugende Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umfassende ERP Kenntnisse, insgesamt hohe IT-Affinität
- Fundiertes Verständnis der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Projektmanagementerfahrung
- kommunikative- bzw. Konfliktmanagement Kompetenz
- gute Analyse-, Problemlösungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Gutes, technisches Verständnis
- gute Kenntnisse im Produktionsmanagementumfeld
