Job Description
- Leads or contributes to the execution of end-to-end production strategies and solutions encompassing material management, inventory control, production processes, compliance, and operational performance while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company standards.
- Leads or participates in production initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional team on implementation.
- Leads Production Cross Training and Technical Training Program.
- Identifies operational gaps and drives improvement initiatives to enhance production, compliance, productivity, inventory accuracy, and organizational capabilities.
- Collaborates closely with Information Technology and business stakeholders to ensure production systems and digital solutions effectively support business requirements and operational needs.
- Implements, validates, troubleshoots, and continuously improves production-related systems and processes to enhance compliance, quality, efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Develops, maintains, and governs production policies, procedures, work instructions, processes, and tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provides subject matter expertise and support for production systems, including ERP, MES, eDHR, inventory management, and related digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Supports internal and external audits, compliance activities, and process standardization efforts across the production organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility and relevant internship/project experience will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong digital mindset with exposure to data analysis, automation and programming being an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP ECC, MES or related production systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, quality systems, and compliance requirements is preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
