Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus SUR.
Reportando al Gerente de producción, el Supervisor de Producción es responsable de dirigir las operaciones de fabricación realizadas durante un turno o en un grupo de líneas de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de volumen, calidad y costos.

Como es un día en el trabajo:
- Seguimiento al plan de producción diario.
- Responsable de producir diversos procesos/líneas en un entorno altamente técnico.
- Cumplimiento de los planes de producción.
- Cumplir cierre de work orders.
- Cumplimiento de 5´s.
- Cumplir métricos de scrap.
- Manejo de personal.
La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:
- Carrera terminada.
- Experiencia Senior con Manufactura de ensambles PCBAS y bajo volumen.
- Experiencia en Mejora Continua.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de Personal.
- Manejo de conflictos.
