The role:

As a Production Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by:

Leading safe production operations and ensuring compliance with site, corporate and regulatory safety standards.

Coordinating staffing,schedulesand resources to achieve production,qualityand on-time delivery targets.

Driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement activities.

Maintaining accountability for in-process precious metal materials, including security and inventory control.

Supporting employee development through training, performanceguidanceand workforce planning.

Working with maintenance and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability,productivityand operational performance.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

High School Diploma or equivalent; an Engineering or Technical qualification isadvantageous.

Experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or production environment.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to lead,motivateand coordinate shift-based teams effectively.

Flexibility to train across shifts and work a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
