The role:

As a Production Systems Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

Maintainingaccurate, controlled manufacturing process documentation in line with quality,regulatoryand internal standards.

Creating andmaintainingproduct routings in KBM to reflect current manufacturing processes,resourcesand lead times.

Supporting the migration of process documentation and manufacturing data into CAQ systems, ensuring version control and data integrity.

Leading the Quote Review Board (QRB) process to assess manufacturability, costfeasibilityand production readiness for new product opportunities.

Developing detailed cost analyses covering labor, materials,equipmentand external vendor contributions.

Coordinating with external vendors to assess capabilities and integrate supplier processes into internal routing and costing models.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in manufacturing engineering, productionsystemsor a closely related engineering role.

Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, processdocumentationand product routing.

Experience with ERP or MRP systems, with KBM experience highlyadvantageous.

Demonstrated ability to perform cost estimation, manufacturabilityassessmentsand vendor evaluations.

Clear communication and collaboration skills when working across engineering, production,planningand commercial teams.
