Responsibilities:
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des gesamten Produktionsablaufes
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Produktivität, Qualität und Termineinhaltung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung der ca. 120 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Verantwortungsbereich
- Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Sicherung der effizienten Auslastung der fünf Fertigungsbereiche
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung zukunftsfähiger Konzepte
- Budget-, Kosten- und Investitionsplanung einschließlich der Auswertung von KPIs
- Einhaltung und Förderung des Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes
Qualifications:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet sowie Führungserfahrung bestenfalls im Bereich Automotive
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsplanung, Prozessoptimierung und Arbeitsschutz
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Unternehmerisches und Ergebnisorientiertes Handeln als auch ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
