- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Fachliche Kompetenz: Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Persönliche Eigenschaften: Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Arbeitszeitmodell: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
