Ce que vous ferez
- Maintenir et optimiser les équipements d’inspection automatisée en production
- Développer et améliorer des recettes d’inspection pour réduire les faux défauts
- Analyser les données de production et détecter les anomalies
- Mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives avec les équipes internes
- Développer et qualifier de nouveaux équipements et méthodes d’inspection
- Maintenir et faire évoluer l’infrastructure informatique d’inspection
- Documenter les inspections et communiquer les résultats internes et externes
- Participer aux échanges techniques avec les clients
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des rendements de production
Ce que vous apportez

- Expérience en programmation (requis)
- Capacité à collaborer et à bien communiquer (requis)
- Diplôme universitaire en génie ou en sciences (requis)
- Expérience en fabrication de semi‑conducteurs ou MEMS (atout)
- Connaissances en physique ou en optique (atout)
- Niveau fonctionnel en anglais, parlé et écrit (requis)

In Bromont, you’ll work in a globally recognized semiconductor facility specializing in MEMS and advanced imaging. As part of Teledyne Technologies, we combine innovation, precision, and teamwork every day. We are looking for an Automated Inspection Professional who enjoys data, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and optimize automated inspection equipment in production
- Develop and improve inspection recipes to minimize false defects
- Analyze production data and identify anomalies
- Lead corrective and preventive actions with internal teams
- Develop and qualify new inspection tools and methods
- Maintain and enhance the inspection IT infrastructure
- Document inspections and communicate results
- Participate in technical discussions with customers
- Support continuous improvement of production yields
What you need
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required)
- Solid IT and data‑management skills (required)
- Programming experience (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills (required)
- University degree in Engineering or Science (required)
- Experience in semiconductor or MEMS manufacturing (advantage)
- Background in physics or optics (advantage)
- Functional English, spoken and written (required)
